That’s the goal of this place, as its excellent owners and employees set out to achieve, and they deliver. This is vegetarian food as good eating, and the results beggar description at points—not only do they have a killer wine and cheese selection but their delicious range of lunch and dinner selections is to beat the band. The official website gives you a sense of it, and the photo I have included of one of their sandwiches (plus a great chocolate truffle cookie and lemongrass tea) hopefully helps even more in showing you how grand it is. Special one-off dinner nights, cooking classes and now a tie-in with a local family farm to supply produce baskets just make the place even better. A must-visit.
