El Indio

I have never had a bad meal at El Indio. They have vegetarian cuisine in addition to meat entrees. I highly recommend their black bean burritos. Their apple burrito is one of my very favorite desserts, and inexpensive, too! We ate lunch there today.

They’ve been a favorite place for my wife and me since we met—-and for her long before. Always high quality and very inexpensive. We just ate there today and will continue eating there as long as they’re open.

Located just north of the UF campus, El Indio is good, fast, very cheap eats. I like Burrito Brothers’ guac better though.

I have yet to find a carne asada soft taco that can compare with el indio’s. What I wouldn’t give to ride my scooter over to el indio, grab a taco and an order of chips and cheese dip, and feast! It’s cheap, straight-up, no-nonsense deliciousness. Guac for president.
