South Tampa

South Tampa may be one of the nicest places in Tampa, but that’s not saying much. It’s touted as the the place that the “beautiful people” hang out, but all I really got from the place was mediocre restaurants in a scen that lacks any charissma or charm.
Bayshore Blvd. is convenient for running and cycling because it’s the longest uninterrupted sidewalk in America, so it’s safe from cars. But it smells of sewage and there are no trees to provide shade. So it’s a hot run most of the year.
