Village Bakery

I’d heard about it for a while but hadn’t really been able to investigate since they were mostly open during weekdays, and they close at 5 pm—hard to swing by when you’re at work, unless you work there! But they’ve apparently set up weekend hours now as well. They’re an ‘in house’ bakery for a local group that includes the pretty solid Troquet over in South Coast Plaza, and the breads and cookie I picked up were pretty tasty, a good sign!
