Worth visiting!

My sweetie and I discovered this busy little local eatery while waiting for the infamous hourly Fung Wah Bus to take us to Boston dirt cheap. We quickly learned that we could enjoy some tasty snacks dirt cheap as well at Golden Dragon, just a short walk down the cross street where the bus would pick us up. I had a yummy fried fish and cheese sandwich (on croissant, go figure), and he enjoyed a ham and cheese wrapped inside soft bread. I also tried what appeared to be a more authentic chinese treat: a fried shrimp dumpling… not your typical dumpling mind you, but some juicy shrimp and chicken in light sauce wrapped in very gooey white soft dough but fried crispy on the outside. Top that off with one of the myriad drinks such as bubble tea and you’ll be all set for a nice four hour bus ride too! I chose a mango milk drink with small clear tapicoa, but I have to say I prefer our recent discovery: passion fruit snow bubble tea (with the bigger, dark chewy boba pearls) from our local Lollicup.

Overall, it was a great little snack stopover in Chinatown!
