...so you should go. The town isn’t much to speak of but should you find yourself there for an evening or two, the best food is either at “The Sports Bar” on the main road about 5 kms from the airport or completely the other direction, visit the Sitatunga Campsite’s bar lodge on the west side of town. You can eat, drink, play ping pong or beach volleyball and even swim in a pretty clean pool… It’s a crossroads for many overland safari tours and those going into/out of the Delta. A truly good time and some amazing sunsets…even in this dusty town.
