Downtown Miami

You don’t want to get stuck in downtown after dark. Not unless you’re looking to score some crack.

I slept on the floor of an old church next to the huge Bank of America building for a week.
It was one of the best experiences of my life!

Downtown has a small town downtown feel with lots of old store fronts – drug stores, etc. I saw a Macy’s downtown. The university is right downtown by the central bus stop. Near Bayside, a lot of new condominiums are coming up.
