This place is run by these two awesome Greek guys. To this day they still call my dad Oscar because 20+ years ago, when the shop was on Fauntleroy instead of Alki, he used to go in with his bird (named Oscar, could speak in the same Lurch-esque voice my dad has) on his shoulder.

This is the first restaurant I went to as a baby at nine days of age. Clearly, I didn’t have any fish and chips at that time.

Since then it’s been the restaurant we normally go to for all birthday dinners.

Get the cod and chips—it’s the best.

It’s on Alki, so the f and c is perfect for taking over the beach side and dangling your feet over the bulkhead. The halibut is fresh and flaky. I highly recommend you eat some of this right away.

Right on Alki with a very nice view of the Olympics, Puget Sound, north Seattle. A very nice place for lunch on a sunny Friday afternoon!
