A review of this place
Nova-Scotia Smoked Salmon and Avocado Salad, Cherry Tomato, Sesame Seed-Ginger Dressing
-the spreading of the dressing was uneven, and I could not see where the sauce was because it was clear
-there were 2 slices of salmon, too much, the amount of meat in my usual lunches
Blackened Catfish Filet, Sweet-Corn and Bell Pepper Salsa, Wilted Spinach, Spicy Mango-Scallion Coulis
-nicely blackened, the corn was a little shrunk, the mango coulis gave the flavour
Pappardelle Pasta, Sautéed Wild Mushrooms, Asparagus, Chardonnay and Garlic-infused Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
-there was a lot of oil at the bottom of the boil, it was pleasant
Cassis Panna Cotta, White Chocolate Sauce, Peach Basil Compote
-turned out the panna cotta was very sour, had to evenly use the all the sweet parts on the plate with each bite
-there was a ribbon of white chocolate
