Unless you live in SoCal and are 18-20 this place is a piece of crap. There is only one decent hotel and stupid tourist shopping and fireworks. The beach isn’t great and there isn’t really any site seeing. Go to Cabo instead.

Touristy and not worth it by amont

I was really disappointed with the entire place. I love to travel and this was one of the few places that I’ve been that I never want to go back to. It’s similar to Tijuana in that it’s touristy and filthy. If driving in from San Diego, keep driving down to Ensenada, you’ll be grateful.
