Big Ed's Pizza

A restaurant with a long history….. Ed Neusel, (a former Marine, and WWII veteran), moved to TN from AL after retiring from the military. He brought with him not much more than a pizza recipe, and a work ethic. He opened “Big Ed’s” in 1970 and became a success in Oak Ridge. His pizza and personality were infamous throughout the world. Sadly, Ed died in 1998, the restaurant is still in operation, run by his sons.
