I volunteered at the Science Center when I was in high school.

One of my favorite things there was the dry ice show. Basically they do a lot of stuff with dry ice, like shatter rubber balls and shrink balloons. At the end of the show they pick a kid from the audience to eat a crunchy supercooled marshmallow.

The science center is pretty cool by day, but it’s even cooler by night. Friday and Saturday nights they put on a laser light show, to the tune of Pink Floyd. Only $8 a person, and for 2 hours of extremely loud music and an awesome laser show, it’s on every Pink Floyd’s Fan’s List.

so much fun by Rebecca

This place is totally awesome. Sometimes some of the exhibits make me miss the old Buhl Science Center that used to be near the Children’s museum. Anyway… This place is quite cool. So many activities and exhibits. Yet another place I need to visit again.

Pittsburgh Science Center by EbandFlow

Down next to the Ohio River on the North Shore, is the Carnegie Science Center and submarine. This place has all sorts of interactive things going on. You can even take a tour of a real submarine. It has things for people of all ages. It even has an omnimax theater. Here is the URL:
