Tromsø aka: Tromsoe, Tromso

Getting lost amidst the pretty little houses (with full view into peoples’ lives no less) was a nice experience to have.
The library is brilliant inner and outer, plus free internet and books or films if you have the time to make yourself a library pass then stick around Tromso.
A nice, easy-going town with relaxed smiling people at every corner. Some cool graffiti (a mural really) around a cafe on the main street… Great coffee by the way.. Unlike Finland :)

Tromso is a beautiful town in the fjords. If you can persuade someone to take you for a walk in the nearby mountains, the views are tremendous. Expensive.

I stayed for a few nights in June and saw the midnight sun. It never gets dark at all, the sun just dips behind the mountains for a short while then comes up again.
