    Horrible place--stay away!  — 2 years ago

    Not worth it!

    Ha ha ha. I’ve been here for over 17 years. I love this neighborhood. We have Free Shakespeare in the park every summer. We have three parks, a baseball field. A nice community center with was designed by Bill Moore… a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. We have loads of unique homes and gardens, and we’re within walking distance of BEAUTIFUL DOWNTOWN asheville, nc. Sucks. Run don’t walk.
