South Congress aka: SoCo

the last time i went to soco was on the way to work, i was probably drunk. i went to it on the way home from the bar. i went to it on first thursday. i’ll write more later.

South Congress (SoCo) used to be the red light district. Now it’s full of trendy shops and restaurants and live music venues. I’ve even seen bumper stickers around town promoting it by its zip code (78704).
