Madam Mam's Thai Cuisine

Madam Mam’s held a pad thai making contest at a Thai culture fair in Austin.

I came in second. At least I learned how to make authentic pad thai! Oh, and I got a cool t-shirt.

I sat at a table next to a man and his son. The son asked, “Daddy, what are those?” pointing to the bean sprouts on his plate. The dad said, “Those are Japanese french fries.”

a beef penang curry. It was good (and spicy)! ’Nuff said.
