We stayed just after Labor Day and it was so quiet we had deer wandering up to our site every morning looking for a handout. Showers are available closer to the populous section near the Northend sites (in the bathrooms; $0.25 for three minutes of gloriously hot water). The bike ride up Mt. Constitution is “breathtaking” :-) over 5 years agoI spent next to no time here but... by NedRaggett…I could tell just from the quick swing through that its popularity is well-deserved, and that visiting it just off season — late spring or early fall, say — would be absolutely wonderful. Some great views, good facilities from the looks of them as well. Keep it in mind and just go at the right time to avoid the crowds! over 5 years ago |
