Protestant Cemetery

Not to mention the final resting place of Keats, Shelley, Adorno, and many other foreigners and Protestants. And there are cats!

I was here, but fortunately did not have to stay (smile). It is a beautiful setting and very interesting to walk through.

It is said that Shelley called the cemetery a spot so beautiful “it might make one in love with death, to be buried in so sweet a place.”
