Pennsylvania State Capitol

Once upon a sometime in college, my friends and I got hopped up on Red Bull at midnight on a Thursday and decided to drive to Intercourse, PA (for obvious reasons). We decided to make a pit stop in Harrisburg. I, being from the greater Harrisburg metropolitan area, wanted to show my friends the city from whence I came. Since it was midnight, there was nothing for four 19 year olds to do, so I took them to the Capitol building. The decorative outside lights were on. It was glowing and beautiful. And also eerily deserted. But it’s definitely a must-see. If only we had come during the day time, we could have seen inside the Capitol. I’ve read that it’s the biggest State Capitol building in the country.

haha, so my chorus performed here when i was in middle school & i fainted… good times.
