Worth visiting!

Ovio is not very bistro-like to me; it is really quite large. And loud… very loud, which is a big minus. My friend said that it was more bistro-like in its old digs.
The food and service quite good, though, the service notably so, mainly because I find that rare in Seattle (disclaimer: my sample size for Ovio visits is one).
We were amused that they could not find the bottle of wine we ordered… “the inventory said we have one, but we can’t find it!” Clearly there was a run on the cheap wine!
If you choose one of their pasta/risotto dishes, I believe you can always get them as half orders, and for most people a half order would be plenty if you also got an appetizer or salad.
Their only veggie entree options while I was there were their pasta and risotto (plus some salads and appetizers), so it is not a place I would be inclined to frequent a lot. And because of the aforementioned loudness. For you omnivores, all their stuff looked good, though.
