Yeah, it’s groanworthy, but then again, got your attention, didn’t it? And with that as a hook, trust me, the food is GREAT. Theoretically an all-Asian cuisines restaurant but the focus is very clearly on Japanese food and drink, and deservedly so. This area of Costa Mesa is heavily geared to the expat and vacationing population in the area and a place like this is a godsend as a result. The sizzling rice soup is v. worth it, but beyond that let your imagination roam.
