Garden in the Woods is a fabulous native plant destination
New England Wild Flower Society’s Garden in the Woods is a magical place. There are thousands of native plants, many rare, and if you are a gardener, the wildflower nursery is spectacular. They also have classes and art exhibits. Anyone who is into plants, or just a beautiful place to visit will be very happy. It is run by a conservation group, and members get free admission to the garden. William Cullina is one of the directors there. His books are amazing and a lot of the photos in them are from Garden in the Woods. The Garden is open seasonally so check the website to make sure they’re open.

Worth visiting!
The first time I went to this place
An excellent place with walking trails and a great visitors center. Take the kids and a picnic and enjoy the outdoors.
