Mountain View

My grandparents live here and I’ve visited practically every summer since I was born. Sure, it’s a little hokey but it’s absolutely my favorite place in the entire world. If you love small, charming towns this is the place for you. I definitely recommend visiting the Blanchard Springs Caverns as well as the Court Square downtown. There’s tons of bluegrass music, as well as carriage rides and ice cream. Beware though, everything closes down pretty early!

I used to visit Mountain View with my family and grandparents when I was little – my grandparents liked to see the fall colors in the mountians (we are flatlanders, lol)
Now, lo and behold, I have married a Mountain View native – so I live here! But it’s only for this summer so I won’t get to enjoy the fall colors after all, lol!
