Palm Beach International Airport aka: PBI

a snap to get in and out of. one of the most painless airports i’ve ever picked someone up at.

I love flying out of PBI. Compared to FLL or MIA (shivers) it’s much smaller, which means less crowds, delays, etc. and the airfares are almost always the same as FLL, although not nearly as many flights. It’s basically the size of a big bus terminal, so parking is very very easy. They even have a “cell phone waiting lot” where people can park and wait for the call of the person they are picking up (ins’t that nice?). Everything is grossly overpriced just for the ritzy Palm Beachy people, so skip the $25 burger and golf shop.
