The Hollywood Brown Derby

The home of the original cobb salad. When you order one now they bring it with all the ingredients in separate lines – avocado, boiled egg, bacon, tomato, bleu cheese on the greens and then toss tableside. It was delicious.

We also tried the grapefruit cake – a moist grapefruit tinged sponge layered with grapefruit flavored frosting in a pool of grapefruit coulis. Could have been overpowering and instead was delightful.
