The first time I went to this place  — 1 year ago

It was dark, and I didn’t know what to expect. And that made the ride worthwhile.

    It's a so-so coaster  — 2 years ago

Worth it to go once…but it’s not really a scary ride. The only thing that makes it worth it is that it’s dark so you don’t see the dips and turns coming.

It gets slightly more frightening if you see it with the lights on (ie during the many times it breaks down). The way it’s laid out is insane.

I’m from Florida so I’ve been to Disney and Universal more than the average man.

Space Mountain is frightening because there is no light, and even more frightening when you ride the tour and realize that the infrastructure of the entire roller coaster is not all that far from where you’re sitting. Almost makes you feel like you could get your head chopped off.

    Cool.

My first roller coaster ride  — 2 years ago

was on Space Mountain (though actually the one at Disney_land_). I was so nervous to go on my first “big” roller coaster – I think I was about 8 – but I loved it. Our next day back at the park, a weekday, was rainy, so there was hardly anyone there, and there were no waiting lines. I went on that ride 17 times in a row. And because I was too small to go unaccompanied, my stepmother, who was not a roller-coaster nut by any means, kindly went on it with me 15 times. That was such a great day.
