Small library
This is not my closest branch, but I just happened to drive by and had a book to drop, so it was quite convenient.
What surprised me a bit was that it seems to be recently renovated; however, of all the branches I’ve visited, this one is the smallest by far.
But I appreciate that the Seattle Public Library is making every effort to bring books and other materials closer to people’s homes —even if the branch comes in a small package ;)

The last time I went to this place
I am currently sitting in the library as I am hanging out here while my spouse takes in a Medical Spanish class nearby.
The library itself is pretty nice, and obviously quite new, and at 6pm there are a reasonable amount of people here partaking of the services. It still pretty small, though.
A rather big design flaw is the fact the children’s area is not separate from the rest of the library, and since it is basically a big rectangular box, kids being kids will be very very very very very very loud.

OK, I haven’t really been inside. The most I ever see is the above photo, and the drop is hidden on the side of the building. But, if I happen to be driving (I don’t all that much), happen to be going up 23rd/24th, and happen to have library books that need to be returned, then it’s a perfect place to stop.
It must be really small inside. A much bigger one is being built a block up and should be done at the end of the year.
