Tigard has an old windmill in the midst of it. I’m not really sure why, but I like it.

Tigard (pronounced /ˈtaɪgərd/) is a city in Washington County, Oregon, United States. The population was 41,223 at the 2000 census. The 2006 estimate is 46,300 residents.[3] According to the 2003 Oregon Blue Book, Tigard is the state's 11th largest city.[
