Capitol Hill parking is hell, so it wasn’t until today that I was finally able to check this place out.
It’s bigger than I expected. I’m not sure why that surprised me, because I’ve been to this building back when it was still Hamburger Mary’s. But it may be the biggest cafe in Seattle that I know of.
It’s not just a coffee place, though. In fact, it’s not even primarily a coffee place. There’s real food including pizza, but I have not tried it yet. There’s also beer, and since today is such a hot day, that is the very first thing I’ve tried here. Ahhh.
The free Wi-Fi is provided by some place called CascadeLink. The first time I tried to connect, it looks like they tried to redirect me to their site for some kind of service agreement or whatnot. I couldn’t read it because it was an image-heavy page and none of the images were loading. I just hit “Continue” and was able to proceed on my merry way. From then on I could hit everything on the Net including my personal SSH server.

Whoever decided to wrap up asparagus in ham was a very smart person. Red Line wrapping asparagus up in prosciutto then throwing in mushrooms and onions to make a pizza out of the combination can only be described as pure genius.
