A tip I have about this place
I haven’t been there in a couple years, but upon seeing this entry, I’m happily reminded of the many times my best friend and I would sit on the lovely patio with a couple of tuna and apple sandwiches with the deliiiiicious herb dressing. If you’re going to ditch a day of classes on a beautiful day, I would highly recommend taking a good book to Gypsy Den, sitting back in the sunshine, and giggling at the cute little birds that always hop around. Very sweet and romantic at night too!

Vegetarian Friendly!
Amazing cafe with good eats, their bake goods are fresh and good as homemade. It’s located in the shopping area of the Anti-Mall you’re bound to see the hipster congregating with sharp business class of Orange County.

The last time I went to this place
See, I’m actually not a regular coffee drinker. Tea, yes, and they do well with that too. But the joy of the Gypsy Den location for me is that it’s my local place—it’s literally next door to where I live, so going there is just part of what I do in life. If I need something to sip on while reading something, a good dinner, something breakfasty, or just a place to read and relax in a late summer evening (or winter, if I’m indoors), then the Gypsy Den is just perfect for it.
But those who know coffee better than I really love what you can get here as well. And that’s to its advantage. Open every day, early until late, and you really can’t go wrong with anything here.
