Elyria

I really like this town, location, and weather. I lived there in the late 70s and I try to get back for a visit every few years.
The countryside is great and with the new highway on the southside you can be in Cleveland in no time. Downtown has been in constant flux since the downtown boom of the late 70s. One day the community will re-find its center, shops, offices, and a grocer like old Fazios where you can drive or walk to. I want to retire there when the day comes. Watch out! I may start a business there.

not too much to do here, lots of bars and things. the parks and rec has downsized quite a bit due to the economy

Yep, I said it. The city is a shit hole. Just keep driving when you see exit signs on the highway. Don’t even stop for gas!
