Why I recommend this place to locals
We live near here within walking distance. One of my favorite things to do is walk down for a cup of coffee to go and then stroll along the board-walk over the water.

Pegasus Coffee House and Gallery serves specialty coffees and teas as well as a menu of soups, salads, sandwiches, and homemade desserts. The art exhibit changes monthly. Pegasus hosts live music every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. See: http://www.pegasuscoffeehouse.org.
