Meskel Ethiopian Restaurant

For a couple years I’ve been soliciting the advice of Ethiopians I meet around Seattle—and they’ve all pointed to Meskel as their favorite Ethiopian restaurant. Don’t know why it took me so long to get here, but it pretty much rocked my world. I still continue frequenting other Ethiopian restaurants but Meskel has set a high standard in my opinion. The food was fresher, more balanced in flavor and the experience of a sunny day out on the deck was everything I want out of a restaurant.
