Best Ethiopian in Seattle by Daniel Spils
For a couple years I’ve been soliciting the advice of Ethiopians I meet around Seattle — and they’ve all pointed to Meskel as their favorite Ethiopian restaurant. Don’t know why it took me so long to get here, but it pretty much rocked my world. I still continue frequenting other Ethiopian restaurants but Meskel has set a high standard in my opinion. The food was fresher, more balanced in flavor and the experience of a sunny day out on the deck was everything I want out of a restaurant.
This is one of my top restaurants in Seattle.
