Continental: Modern Pool Lounge

I went with a school group. None of us were carded until my friend, who’s black got to the bar. He was asked for his license. As he took out his license to show the bartender, he asked why he was the only one asked for his license. That’s all. Just asked. Was in the process of showing his license. And he was asked to leave. He was told that if he didn’t leave he would be kicked out. We left and have no desire to return.

Totally NOT modern, as it seems stuck in the 70s with it’s decor. And is really poorly designed spacially.

I’ve been to a couple parties here, and it’s certainly not a bad place for a happy hour. The food is generally decent, and there’s lots of seating. (And, of course, pool tables.)
