Bialka Tatrzanska

Bialka [byowca] is a perfect place for both kids and adults to start skiing. Very cheap accommodation, ski renting and very patient ski-tutors makes this place my favorite ski kindergarden. I recommend as a place to stay and ski when you visit Poland for longer period or just to jump in for a weekend. Not a bed access from Krakow and from its international airport Balice. I don’t recommend if you already ski well but I did learn how not to break my leg here! Close to Slovakia and Czech Republic. Close to Zakopane but cheaper and with much better facilities. You can do without a car here.
