Independence National Historical Park

Fear has kept me from doing many things, that all changed during my visit to Independence National Historic Park. Standing on the same ground and seeing part of my country’s history made me thirsty for more. I have now traveled to a few other historically significant locations and now realize I am hooked; I am alway researching the next trip. Somewhere along the way I lost many of the fears I previously had.

I was a little surprised at first that this was a national park and world heritage area, but I guess if you described it as something along the lines of ‘the birthplace of modern democracy’ or something to that effect, it makes more sense.
