Yesterday I went to Elizabeth Park for the first time, despite being a CT resident my whole life. Even this lat in August the park was full of flowers and greenery. I was amazed at how many people were there, picnicing, walking, riding bikes, and playing frisbee. The variety of people also was nice. So if you’re needing an escape from the city, this park is an excellent place to go.
