City Hall

There are free tours daily and a small book about the building that can be had for $5. Be sure to go to teh 13th floor to see the chamber council and the stained glass ceiling. There is also an observation deck that can be reached by going to the 25th floor then walking up 3 flights. Wonderful panoramic city and lake views. You can even see the mist from Niagara Falls in the distance.

Theres tours and everything…no matter what month it is you can still go to the top just not outside during the winter! but its great
