Horseback Riding

I absolutely love the horses of Mongolia. They are extremely intelligent creatures, and smaller than horses found in North America – a great asset for someone short like me. :-) Nothing quite so beautiful as seeing a herd of horses galloping at you with dust flying behind them. As they reached our vehicle, they slowed down, walked around the van, and found a small puddle of water on the other side of the road. Awesome to be riding alongside a herd of wild horses, not many places can offer that.
