Fleming College

I’m just surprised not to see lots of SSFC students on here. Mind you, the site in general seems to be new/slow … so I’m sure this will all change in time and more locals, students and others, will be coming to 43places.com.

On the topic of Fleming College (I still prefer to call it the more traditional Sir Sandford Fleming College): This is a great community college in Central East Ontario (a large geographic region, mostly rural, with a population in the range of 300K+, although Peterborough proper only has 80,000). The unique mix of rural and city, college and university (on the other side of the city), combined with the wide variety of courses offered and the excellent faculty … well … I can’t imagine any student, who makes an effort (and has selected the right course for him/herself), not truly benefitting from their time at SSFC and in Peterborough.
