Worth visiting!

Best pancakes & best view in the known breakfast universe.

You must go here! Polly’s Pancake Parlor is up on a hillside in beautiful Sugar Hill, New Hampshire. As the (very cute!) waitresses bring your freshly-made, organic pancakes three at a time (so they stay hot), you get to watch the sun come up over the White Mountains.

To make your breakfast complete, order the country bacon and some of the excellent toast—which, of course, you must smear with the maple spread that is present on every table. (If you’ve never had maple spread before, it is well worth your mail-order dollars.)

Oh, and by the way—for those unfamiliar with New England, don’t EVER walk into one of these restaurants and ask for “Aunt Jemima” or “Mrs. Butterworth” syrup. They only deal with the Real Thing in New Hampshire.
