U Fleku

You just have to find the place and to sit down. Then it is as if you already ordered a pint of their dark, very tasty homebrewed beer. I like beers and I think the one I had in U Fleku was one of the best I ever had. It is true what other users said about the beer is more expensive than in other places in Praha: but it’s far less expensive than in many other countries too, so it isn’t a big expense. It is also true that U Fleku is a bit of a “tourist trap”: in fact, it’s very touristy and they entertain big groups of tourists during the meals by singing and playing… not the best place to have a quiet talk, I guess. But be sure that the beer is worth it! :)

Once you get there, without asking the beer arrives shortly after you sit down and will keep coming until you say “no.” There must be a reason it’s been in business for over 500 years, maybe it’s the atmosphere and the beer.

But a bit of a tourist trap and you’ll be sitting next to carloads of senior vacationers.

Too many people. Food not exceptional and the beer is nothing special.
