A review of this place: Bainbridge Island Ferry - Great
I’m from the east coast, but love the Puget sound area. Sailing on both the Bainbridge and Bremerton ferries is a great way to spend a day. From Seattle, drive on to the Bainbridge ferry – explore Bainbridge island by vehicle, and then drive down to Bremerton and catch that ferry back to Seattle. If you have a little longer, continue down to Gig Harbor. Day trips back on either ferry yield spectacular views of Mt. Ranier and the sound – you can’t beat it. Nighttime rides back yeild the Seattle skyline all lit up. Catch the sunset boat and get the best of both worlds, with the sun reflecting off Mt. Ranier. You can’t beat it. There is a reason Puget sound real estate is some of the most expensive in the US, people love the lifestyle there and are willing to spend the bucks to live there. PS…The bigger boats feature WiFi coverage and great seating/relaxing areas. The smaller boats are nice as well – all have a working cafeteria and plenty of facilities, and the boats are well-maintained. I really love the Puget Sound ferries – you will too.

How this place changed my life
Washington state ferries are some of the best forms of birth control around. Nothing like sitting on a damn ferry with screaming kids.
