Detroit Film Theatre

I’ve been to the DFT several times, it’s one of my favorite places to go. There’s a severe lack of indie film theaters in Detroit, this is probably one of the few theaters in the area that offers such a varied selection of indie and foreign films.

If you haven’t been yet, I recommend you go immediately, if not sooner!

This place is really amazing, they show fanastic films that you might have a chance to see elsewhere. It is hard to find another place like this. It is one of Detroit’s treasures—go and support it. There are many independent theatres out there anymore.
