Piazza del Campo

I realized I really want to buy a wide-wide-wide-angle lens, to make this huge square FIT in a picture!!!

My family and I stayed in Siena for a few nights and we always ended up sitting in the piazza del campo for hours each night just watching the tourists and the locals hanging out. Somehow the night sky behind the clock tower looked unreal. It almost looked like a backdrop for a play. I wouldn’t say it was all that chaotic or loud, at least not during the evening when all the day tour groups had left.

This was my favorite place out of all the places I went to in Italy.
