A review of this place: good breakfast
I went here on my way back to the LES after a dr’s appointment this morning (my wrist is fine, thanks for asking) It is right next to the F train stop on 57th St by Avenue of the Americas / 6th Ave.
I had gone into a few places and didn’t want to settle for breakfast. I work at 1pm so Breakfast isn’t always easy to find at the time I wake up.
They serve only 2 breakfast dishes all day long so I had to go with the omelette. It was filled with potatoes and had some greens and interesting bread. I would go back again but I would try to make it a weekend brunch when they have more options later in the day.
I didn’t try the sushi, but I want to. A French/Japanese mixed cuisine is pretty interesting to me.

The first time I went to this place
Tues., Dec. 26 – I went with my friend to meet her two gal friends Carol and Bev in Manhattan for the day, and this is the last place we all met up. I had a great refreshing drink, a peach cosmo, along with four pieces of salmon sushi, and my friend and I split the thickest bleu cheese burger and tastiest fries I’ve had in a long time. My friend had a pomegranate martini, which I sampled and thought was pretty lip-smackin’ good. The service we experienced left more to be desired, but the food and the Buddha Bar/Norah Jones music and ambience of the dimmed magenta lighting was worth it. A fun place for my third day ever in Manhattan. I so love visiting New York.
