Worth visiting!
Especially if the Rays continue to play the kind of baseball I saw today. When the crowd is into the game, the Trop rocks. I have a feeling it’s a different story when the crowd is small or it’s a blowout. Overall, the stadium lacks any charm, but the air conditioning makes it a great way to get out of the heat and catch a game.
So you know, parking isn’t free anymore. It’s $10, or was the day I went to the game. It was a big bummer to discover that fans who weren’t “green” enough to put four in a vehicle got hit with the parking fee. I was being green by driving a tiny, fuel-efficient rental.
