Taco Cabana

The story was dirty and disorganized. And the food was totally mediocre, especially considering that you can get far superior food from locally owned restaurants.

Best freaking mexican FAST FOOD ever. You have to admit that it’s 1000000000 times better than say Taco Bell (vomits). But of course it’s not authentic Tex-Mex.
My friends and I would frequent Taco Cabana on a weekly basis. If we were hungry in the middle of the night (our Burnet Rd. location was 24 hours) and only had like 6 bucks, hells ya we’re going to TC!
I miss it :(

While it’s kind of dirty and not the best food in the world, I have to agree with the person below that it’s the best place to go after you’ve been drinking. I usually get the breakfast tacos. They have a nice little salsa bar. My boyfriend swears by the pineapple salsa.

It’s not the best Mexican food by any stretch of the imagination, but it beats Taco Bell and it’s fantastic after a night of heavy drinking.
