Classic Outdoor Grilling.... inside
Chefs prepare your meal over an open flame on authentic Weber Grills…indoors!
I’ve had hamburgers here for lunch (The Black and Blue …black angus beef with blue cheese… is worth a trip to Chicago for…), and for dinner the Beer Can Chicken (Roasted Half Chicken, with Seasoned Rub Garlic and Beer, Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes…
but it is the steaks that keep me going back…my favorite is the Black Angus Ribeye ( I think it grills the best) but I have enjoyed the Filet and NY almost as much…. it is a tussle each time I go to make up my mind….
Not a classic steakhouse, but a place to experience the magic of a great grilled steak, cooked to perfection, without fuss or bother or pretension in surroundings or service. The taste is what it is all about.
