Even with all the other unbelievable choices - A steakhouse that should be on your list
Yes… I know: cajun, seafood, french food, nouvelle et al… and yet I maintain a ‘simple’ steakhouse should be one of the places you dine at when you visit New Orleans…
Unbelievably great steak, prepared exactly as you ask for it… with ‘invisible’ service that just does everything before you notice it needs doing… water, wine, coffee, more bread, clear the plates… not pushy, not intrusive (as I say, invisible) but friendly, attentitive and polite if you have questions…. what more could you ask for..
